Tea of the Month Subscription
Each month you will have delivered to your door three (3) of our natural hand-blended teas. Your monthly delivery includes:
One (2) oz tin of our featured tea;
Two (1) oz tins of selected blends; and
Free shipping for your Tea of the Month subscription.
If any problems arise with the delivery address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via email using the email address associated with your subscription asking that you resolve the problem and continue with your subscription. Your subscription may be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or delivered until the problem has been resolved and you notify us that you wish to continue with your subscription. To the extent that there is a problem with the delivery address and payment for the order has already been received, you will be refunded the payment with respect to any undelivered goods.
If any TM item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order as soon as possible for up to a seven (7) day period. If the item does not become available during that time, we reserve the right to automatically replace that item. We will notify you by email should this occur.
You must register and pay with one of our accepted credit cards. You'll only be charged the monthly subscription fee for each order when the item(s) is shipped. The amount charged will include will any shipping fees, but will not include any applicable sales tax. The charge for each delivery will be billed to the credit card that was used to create your subscription order. If the credit card associated with your subscription account becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period or if the charge is otherwise rejected, we will send you an email notifying you that your form of payment failed. Your subscription will be placed on hold until we receive updated payment information. Your subscription will remain on hold until the 14th day of that month and no additional future orders will be processed or shipped until payment information has been updated and you notify us that you wish to continue your subscription.
Managing your Account
Your subscription fee will be billed on or about the first (1st) day of the month. We typically ship our subscription deliveries on or about the first (1st) of each month unless that day falls on a weekend. You must cancel your subscription in writing by 11:59pm EST of the 26th day of the month before your next delivery is scheduled to ship. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged for the next month's subscription and your subscription items will be shipped.
We may in our discretion change these Terms without notice to you.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without prior notice by sending you an email or written correspondence to that effect. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

You may terminate your subscription at your discretion by sending an email or written correspondence to us to that effect before 11:59pm EST of the 26th day of the month before your next delivery is scheduled to ship. If notification has not been received by us, you will be responsible for paying for orders that have been shipped to you.
